- Check walls inside and around your home for holes or cracks that appear new.
- Pay attention to doors and windows that have difficulty opening or closing properly.

- Inspect your home’s grading. Make sure the ground slopes away from the perimeter of your home.

Foundation King offers free estimates to the current owner of a home or business. If you are interested in purchasing a home and would like an evaluation, we do charge a nominal fee for this. However, if you do end up purchasing the home and choose us for your repairs, we will deduct the cost of your evaluation off of your project total as a courtesy for choosing us!
