How does POLYJACKING work?

Polyurethane Concrete Raising, also known as Polyjacking, is a technique that uses a special foam material. This foam is carefully injected underneath the concrete slab. When the different parts of the foam mix together, it creates a reaction that makes the material expand.


This expanding foam fills up any empty spaces below the slab and lifts the concrete. It's important to know that this foam will always keep its density, meaning it won't get thinner or weaker over time. It's a long-term solution, and the foam itself is quite light, weighing only around 2 pounds per cubic foot.

Polyjacking Vs Mudjacking

Mudjacking and polyjacking are two methods used for concrete leveling. Mudjacking involves injecting a cementitious slurry under the sunken concrete to lift it back into place. On the other hand, polyjacking uses a lightweight polyurethane foam to achieve the same result.
